£150 per person, minimum 4 people. Confirm your chosen treatment when booking. Heat facilities and certain treatments are not suitable during pregnancy, or for clients with heart conditions, high/low blood pressure, respiratory issues, recent surgery or active skin conditions. Please consult your doctor if you have any medical concerns. Bring suitable swimwear and drink plenty of water. Please don't put cream or oil on your body, and bring extra underwear.
