    1. Agreement to Terms

    By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

    2. Booking and Cancellations

    When you book an appointment with Asraar Salon & Spa, we reserve that time exclusively for you. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.

    3. Arrival Time

    Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for consultation and relaxation. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to ensure the next client is not delayed.

    4. Health and Safety

    For your safety, please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or if you are pregnant at the time of booking. Some treatments may not be suitable for certain conditions.

    5. Women-Only Environment

    Asraar Salon & Spa is strictly a women-only sanctuary. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not respect this policy, ensuring a comfortable and private environment for all our clients.

    6. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
