Important Notes
Minimum 4 people. If only two people wish to book, the price is £100 per person. Heat facilities are not suitable during pregnancy, or for clients with heart conditions, high/low blood pressure, respiratory issues or recent surgery. Please consult your doctor if you have any medical concerns. Bring suitable swimwear and drink plenty of water. Please don't put cream or oil on your body, and bring extra underwear.
