Salon & Spa Policy
At Asraar Salon & Spa, we aim to provide a high-quality and professional experience for every client. Kindly take a moment to review our policies, which are designed to ensure fairness and consistency for all appointments.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit. If you miss or cancel your appointment for any reason, the deposit will not be returned. To reschedule an appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Requests made with less than two days’ notice will not be accepted.
We allow a maximum of two reschedules per appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
Treatment Changes
You may only change your appointment within the same category of service. For example:
Hair services and head spa appointments can only be exchanged for other hair or head spa services.
Spa treatments (e.g. facials, massages, jacuzzi sessions) can only be exchanged for other spa services.
You cannot switch between categories (e.g. changing a hair appointment to a spa treatment).
Gift Card Policy
Gift cards do not expire and may be redeemed at any time for services booked online or via direct message (DM).
Gift cards are non-refundable under any circumstances.
If you use a gift card to book and then miss your appointment, the deposit will be deducted from your gift card balance.
